Beef Sauce Recipe

Ingredients for making Ox Pan:

 2 kg of tripe, tripe and mocotó

 3 pieces of chopped onion

 4 units of chopped tomatoes

 4 chopped garlic cloves

 2 pieces of chopped green pepper

 3 bay leaves

 ½ cup of green olives

 2 tablespoons of olive oil

 green smell

 Black pepper

 paprika

 lemon

 salt

How to make Ox Sauce:

Start by preparing this recipe for pancakes by cleaning the tripe, tripe and mocotó, with water and lemon juice, and cutting these meats into pieces.

Tip: The quantities of tripe, tripe and mocotó are to taste. Ask the butcher to clean.

Place the oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat, and saute the onion, tomato, garlic and pepper. Add bay leaves, black pepper, paprika and salt to taste, to add color and flavor to this Brazilian recipe, and saute everything for 1-2 minutes.

After the previous step, add the tripe, tripe and mocotó, cover with water and cook for 2 hours over medium heat.

After the indicated time, the ox pot is ready to serve! Remove the bay leaves, sprinkle with green scent to taste and accompany with rice and farofa. Bon appetit and let us know what you think!
